empower more families to grow, CooperSurgical
needed to overhaul and scale its web presence
strategically.

Using research and data as a guide, we completely
overhauled the corporate website, streamlined user
journeys, integrated B2C educational components to
provide context, and developed an innovative filtering
method that made navigating the site much more
accessible for patients.

A streamlined custom backend, informed by
stakeholder interviews, added much-needed
functionality to help them quickly access deeper
information, business analytics, and customer
insights.

Our efforts resulted in an infinitely scalable website
that made integrating new brands effortless and a
freshly designed UI kit to assist any new partners with
creating consistent web content.
